I have hired Jack Montgomery on two different occasions in which I was facing felony criminal charges. Jack's extensive experience and connections within the Sonoma County court system greatly benefited my two cases. With his knowledge and expertise in navigating through the court system, he was able to have the first felony charge completely dismissed. For the second felony charge he worked very hard with the District Attorney to greatly reduce the charges against me. With Jack's expert negotiating skills, he was able to get the second felony charge reduced to a misdemeanor. If I had been charged with a felony in either of these instances it would have negatively impacted my personal and professional career.
